When we reach out to a venue or caterer for the first time, we hear the same thing almost every time: “We have our own bar and liquor license.” Totally fair response. But here’s the thing — that doesn’t mean we can’t work together.

We’re designed to work alongside licensed venues and caterers, not replace them.

We’re a dry hire mobile bar. That means we don’t hold a liquor license, and we’re not buying or selling alcohol. Think of us more like a fully insured bartending service that happens to roll up in a really cool truck.

We build the experience. Someone else supplies the booze.

We can tap pretty much anything — beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, nitro cold brew, you name it. For beer and wine, the venue or caterer handles the supply and we handle the taps. For mixed drinks, you get to decide whether to provide them fully batched, or whether to just provide the booze and let us do the menu planning and mixing.

So why bring us in when you’ve already got a bar?

We’re not trying to take over — we’re adding something different. A tap truck in the middle of the room (or lawn or woods…) naturally draws people in. It creates a vibe. We can set up a fully functioning bar in outdoor spaces, secondary rooms, or anywhere the main bar doesn’t reach. Draft service means faster pours and shorter lines. And we add a “wow” factor that elevates the entire drink experience.

We work within your rules.

Our bartenders are TiPS-certified and know how to adapt to whatever a venue requires. Some venues are happy to let us handle everything — pours, guest interaction, the whole experience. That’s our sweet spot.

But if your venue’s policy doesn’t allow outside vendors to serve alcohol, we can work with that too. Your staff pulls the tap handles; we handle the setup, batching, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Guests still get a great experience, and everything stays within your service model.

Easy to plug in, however you need.

Sometimes the clients hire us. Sometimes venues and caterers decide to offer us as an add-on, or as a way to alleviate pressure on their own staff. Either way, we show with a smile and a desire to please.
