Starting Package

Our starting package includes:

  • 2-hour truck rental, plus setup and break down
  • 1 TiPS certified tap tender (additional tap tender required for parties over 75 people)
  • Travel up to 30 miles each way from Northborough, MA (additional miles at $2.50/mile)
  • Up to 5 tapped drinks including up to 2 signature cocktails or mocktails
  • Drink menu consultation and planning
  • Tailored shopping list for your alcohol purchases
  • Non-alcoholic beverages and mixers
  • Craft garnishes
  • Custom drink signage, designed to match your event  
  • Water station with glass beverage dispenser(s)
  • Premium compostable drinkware
  • Our standard truck decor

Add-ons

Begin with our starting package and add any of the following:

  • Additional time: $250/hour
  • Additional certified tap tender (required for parties over 75 people): $75/hour
  • Travel: $2.50 per mile for distances more than 30 miles from Northborough, MA
  • Additional signature cocktail or mocktail: $200
  • Upgraded drinkware: Options from Tossware Wholesale can be provided at a significantly reduced rate (typically 40%+). Ask us for a quote.
  • Branded drinkware: Starting at $0.28 per cup. Minimum quantities apply.
  • Branded napkins & stir sticks: quoted on request
  • Logo/branding on Truck: starting at $150

From elegant bouquets to chic cascades pouring out of the front cab, we make sure every floral detail complements your celebration. It’s an easy way to add natural beauty, style, and sophistication to your mobile bar experience. Choose one option, mix and match multiple, or reach out to discuss your custom ideas.

Option A: Two Bar Arrangements ($180)
A small arrangement on the top left shelf, balanced by a larger second arrangement on the right side of the bar.

Option B: Door Spray ($270)
A beautiful floral accent that reaches across the door.

Option C: Cascade ($480)
A variety of fresh blooms to match your color scheme come cascading out the door.

Balloon Add-ons

Make The Getaway Bar a fully personalized centerpiece for your event with help from our talented local partners, including Love You Lots Event Decor and Balloons All Over. Choose one of our pre-designed packages below, or have a consultation to discuss your own vision. Prices are for 2-color and 3-color options. In both cases, the first color included is Sugar White.

Option A: Over the Top ($180/$210)
Add a playful spray of bubbles across the top of the truck.

Option B: Flowing Fun ($300/$360)
The bubbles flow out of the door, just like they flow out of her taps.

Option C: Behind the Scene (3 colors, $480)
A pretty balloon pillar compliments the back side of the truck.
